Abstract:
To provide an evaluation method that can appropriately evaluate performance to cool a connector.SOLUTION: An evaluation method is an evaluation method for evaluating performance to cool a connector including a pair of male terminals 11 that can be cooled by cooling liquid, by connecting a pair of reference terminals 100 in a reference jig to the pair of male terminals 11 in the connector. The evaluation method includes: a connection step of connecting the pair of reference terminals 100 to the pair of male terminals 11; and an evaluation step of evaluating the cooling performance according to whether the temperatures of the male terminals 11 and the reference terminals 100 are 90°C or less when a charging current of 400 A is supplied to the male terminals 11 and the reference terminals 100 for 30 minutes in a state in which a resistance including the resistance of a contact portion between the male terminals 11 and the reference terminals 100 becomes 0.06 mΩ or more and 0.15 mΩ or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
