Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation support program, an evaluation support device, and an evaluation support method that are capable of supporting appropriate evaluation of a salesroom.SOLUTION: A computer is caused to execute processing of: referring to purchase history data of articles in a plurality of salesrooms stored in a storage unit, and specifying purchase status of articles in a plurality of salesrooms different from a first salesroom by a purchaser included in a group of purchasers who have purchased articles in the first salesroom; and calculating a degree of association between the first salesroom and the plurality of different salesrooms on the basis of purchase/non-purchase of articles in the plurality of different salesrooms indicated by the purchase status.
