To enable it to confirm the X-ray interpretation ability of an X-ray interpreter and guarantee the reliability of his X-ray interpretation results.

The controller of an evaluation server 5 controls the distribution of test images from an image server 4 to an X-ray interpretation device 1, and obtains the information of an X-ray interpretation report on the test images from the X-ray interpretation device 1. The controller reads a word evaluation table, i.e., the information of evaluation standards, from a memory, and grades and evaluates the interpreter's X-ray interpretation ability by checking up the obtained X-ray interpretation report on the word evaluation table. The evaluation results are output to a monitor, etc. by a display operation.
