PURPOSE: To provide the evaporating device, in which an ice layer is not formed around the outer periphery of a heat transfer tube, the structure of which is strong, and in which vibration related to fluid is not caused and LNG is distributed uniformly to respective heat transfer tubes.
CONSTITUTION: The evaporating device for low-temperature liquefied gas is constituted of a heat transfer tube 30, arranged vertically and liquefied gas is conducted to flow therethrough, while heating fluid is supplied to flow down along the outer peripheral surface of the same tube 30 to evaporate the liquefied gas through heat exchange between the heating fluid and the liquefied gas. The heat transfer tube 30 is constituted of a triple structure made by an inner tube 31, an intermediate tube 32 and an outer tube 33. The inflow port 31a of the liquefied gas is provided at the top of the inner tube 31 and an outflow port 33c, opened toward the inside of the intermediate tube, is provided at the lower end of the same. The lower end of the intermediate tube 32 is formed so as to be a closed structure having a bottom and an outflow port 32a, opened toward the inside of the outer tube 33, is provided at the top of the same tube 32. The top of the outer tube 33 is formed so as to be a closed structure equipped with a ceiling and the send-out port 33c of evaporated gas is provided at the lower end of the outer tube 33.
