PURPOSE: To enable the removal of the evaporation body caused in a heating furnace by returning it to the original state by connecting a cartridge type cooling part on the way of the hose connecting a vacuum heating furnace and vacuum pump.

CONSTITUTION: The cooling part 4 of cartridge type the removal of which is simple is connected on the way of a vacuum hose 3 and the both ends thereof are fixed to a vacuum hose 3 by the band 5 for fixing. The cooling part is composed of the metal made or glass made pipe 41 for cooling and of the water cooling pipe 42 wound on the periphery of the pipe 41 for cooling thereof. The cooling part 4 may be formed by an air cooling corrugated pipe 43. The collecting cooling part 4 is thus replaced periodically by returning to a liquid or solid by cooling with water or air the evaporated evaporation body.
