Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control a liquid level in a water jacket into optimum conditions, by installing plural liquid level sensors and a temperature sensor in the water jacket of a closed circulation cooling system, while controlling a refrigerant feed pump and a cooling fan on the basis of each signal of these sensors. CONSTITUTION:In case of a evaporation cooling device constituting a closed circulating system with a water jacket A, a condenser B and a refrigerant feed pump D, a temperature sensor G and plural liquid level sensors H1 and H2 are installed in the water jacket A. A control unit K controls a cooling fan F and the feed pump D on the basis of each signal out of these sensors. At this juncture, when temperature is below the desired value and all of these plural liquid level sensors are less than the setting level, the feed pump is set in motion as well as when one liquid level sensor is below the setting level in succession, the feed pump D is operated too, but in time of temporary detection, this pump D is made not to operate any longer.
