Title:
EVAPORATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002286329
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To cool air passing through a core section 6a sufficiently and substantially uniformly even when a superheating region is likely to be enlarged by bringing an evaporator 1a into a thin size or the like.

The number of the back and forth movements of a refrigerant flowing in an air downstream section of a core section 6a in the direction of the length of first and second heat transfer pipe devices 14 at the air downstream section is increased above the number of the back and forth movements of a refrigerant flowing in an air upstream side section of the core section 6a, in the direction of the length of the first and second heat transfer tube devices 14. Further, the widths of the foregoing first and a third linear flow passages 31, 42 in the direction of the thickness of the core section 6a are made larger than those of the foregoing second and a fourth linear flow passages 32, 43.
