Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an L-shaped one-stage bolt with one hole that has one hole and a one-stage step on a shaft of a bolt so as to prevent damage of a screw, in using the bolt.SOLUTION: An L-shaped bolt has one hole and a one-stage step. With this structure, a bolt is an L-shaped one-stage bolt with one hole. As a material, a silicon semiconductor or SiC semiconductor is used, thereby obtaining a characteristic effective in high voltage. The bolt of this invention is configured such that one hole and one step are provided on an axis of the bolt, and an upper part of the bolt is formed into a semicircular and triangular shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
