PURPOSE: To obtain a tobacco not containing any toxic component, not harming a human health, and capable of obtaining inexpensive raw materials by using all and every tree, shrub and weed as a raw material of the tobacco.

CONSTITUTION: This tobacco is obtained by using all trees, all leaves of the trees, all stems of shrubs, all leaves of the shrubs, all stems of weeds and all leaves of the weeds, i.e., naturally growing trees, shrubs and weeds, e.g. a pine, a tabu (Machilus thunbergii), a podcarp, a cedar and an Oregon pine, their barks, stems and leaves of a sugar cane, and an eulalia as a weed, as raw materials, processing these plants to a chip shape or a fibrous shape and flattening with a rotary compressing machine (roller), etc., to inexpensively prepare a tobacco such as a shredded or a cut tobacco, a cigarette and a cigar.
