Abstract:

To provide a method for readily examining the metastasis of B cellulous lymphoma to bone marrow.

Myeloid cells gathered from a patient suspected to have B cellulous lymphoma metastasized to bone marrow can be highly frequently propagated by culturing the myeloid cells in a culturing medium with added interleukin-2. The metastasis of the B cellulous lymphoma to the bone marrow is readily judged by detecting the propagated B cellulous lymphoma cells.
