Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively store and retrieve the example data including an action train and an event train which vary in terms of time or the relational expression between these component elements by expressing the component elements of an object area of an example and the flows of data and control in a visual script of two-dimensional expression where the button switches are arranged.
CONSTITUTION: A data base 5 stores the examples, i.e., the contents of claims and inquiries. A series of actions and a train of these examples are described in a script 1 in the order of time. In a visual script 2, the component elements of an object area of an example 3 and the data/control flows of these component elements are expressed in a two-dimensional way. Furthermore, the arrangement of selectable button switches is described in the script 2. An example train storing part 6 stores the new examples in the data base 5 after a relative link 4 is defined. In a retrieving state, the action of the script 1 and the description of an example or the button switches included in the script 2 are designated. Then an example retrieving part 7 retrieves and points only the examples that can be pointed by the link 4 out of the data base 5.
