An excavating machine 1 is provided with an all directional revolving excavator 2 and an earth drill 3. The excavator 2 is rotatable around a vertical shaft and has a rotary table 12 in which a through hole is formed at the center and a rotary motor 17 rotating the rotary table 12. The earth drill 3 has a kelly bar in which a bucket is fitted to the front end and a kelly york 22 restricting the kelly bar 24 in the rotary direction. A support bracket 21 is fitted to the rotary table 12, and when rotating the rotary table 12 by the rotary motor 17, the drive force of the motor 17 is transmitted by the bracket 12 to rotate the kelly bar 24.
