Title:
EXCAVATING, MIXING AND AGITATING EQUIPMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10195911
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To enhance the efficiency of excavation and mixing and agitating with a soil strengthening agent by hydraulically rotating the excavating, mixing and stirring vanes arranged radially with excavating and stirring blades attached to a lateral rotating shaft with attachments arranged to the tip of a construction machine arm.

An excavating, mixing and stirring vanes 3 are connected to a lateral rotating shaft 4 which is connected to a hydraulically rotatable base 5 connected to a hydraulic motor 8 at an upper position which utilizes oil pressure from construction machinery such as backhoe or the like. Next, sprockets fixed to the lateral rotating shaft 4 are connected together with chains. In this case, the equipment is mainly used for strengthening the ground, and a supply hose and a supply hole 10 for chemical such as a soil strengthening agent, soil stabilizer and auxiliary excavation agent are arranged at the upper portion of the excavating, mixing and stirring vanes 3. Each excavating and stirring blade 3a is attached to the lateral rotating shaft 4 with the blade direction tilted, and the whole is arranged to a spiral shape and the stirring efficiency for sediment is improved. In this way, only by installing the equipment to a construction machinery, the mixing and stirring work for various chemicals, water, and drilling mud can be performed efficiently in addition to the excavation.
