An excavating, mixing and stirring vanes 3 are connected to a lateral rotating shaft 4 which is connected to a hydraulically rotatable base 5 connected to a hydraulic motor 8 at an upper position which utilizes oil pressure from construction machinery such as backhoe or the like.
