Abstract:
To efficiently excavate ballast accumulated sideways of the left side rail and sideways of the right side rail to make it possible to convey it up to above.
A first arm 50 is so mounted to the body 50 that it is capable of oscillating up and down, a second arm 53 is so mounted to the first arm 50 that it is capable of being oscillated right and left, and an excavation conveyer 70 is hung down to the second arm 53 to mount. The second arm 53 is horizontally oscillated to move the body 5 right and left, and ballast accumulated sideways of the right side rail is excavated to make it possible to convey it up to above.
