This excavator 1 is provided with a rotary means 10 for excavation composed of a fixed shaft 11, a hydraulic motor 14 in which an output part 13 having an earth removal member 12 around it can rotate around the fixed shaft 11, and a rotary shaft 17 having a digging blade 15 in a front end part and connected with an output part 13 of the hydraulic motor 14 to rotate around the concentrical axis with the fixed shaft 11. A plurality of fixed shafts 30 for extension arranged on the same axial line as the fixed shaft 11 are sequentially attached to a rear end part of the fixed shaft 11, and the fixed shaft 11 and each fixed shaft 30 for extension are connected so as to bend freely.
