The cover 5 is made in a plate state formed in a circular shape and can be mounted by rotating at 360° with respect to the released front face of the box 3. That is, even when the tubes H in the box 3 have various lengths and the ends of the wound tubes are disposed at any positions, it can be dealt with it by returning the position of the tube outlet 4 by the rotation of the cover 5.
