Title:
EXCESSIVE FLOW RATE PREVENTING VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3447315
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate a work to arrange a valve body in a central position between two valves so that a valve body is reliably seated to a valve seat by means of a set fluid pressure.
CONSTITUTION: First and second valve bodies 2A and 2B seated to and unseated from first and second valve seats 7A and 7B arranged in the given position of a line, and the two end faces in the direction of an axis of the valve bodies 2A and 2B are formed in a flat plane. A valve body support means 9 to resiliently support the valve bodies 2A and 2B so that the valve bodies are unseated from the valve seats 7A and 7B comprises first and second valve body support means 9A and 9B to bring the first and second valve bodies 2A and 2B into a unseated state and resiliently support the valve bodies to a valve body non-operating position wherein the valve bodies are spaced away from each other by a specified distance. Further, a movement regulating means Y is provided for allowing the valve bodies 2A and 2B to move from the valve body non-operation position to the other valve body side as a result of a fluid pressure during the flow of fluid being exerted and regulating the movement amount so as to maintain a separate distance at a specified value or more.
