Abstract:

To provide an exchange spring magnet in which high magnet properties are realized by suppressing the crystal grain size of a soft phase with a low rare earth composition having high magnetic flux density and increasing coercive force.

The exchange spring magnet consists of two phases in which a hard phase is composed of Pr2Fe14B, and the soft phase is composed of α-Fe, and contains V and Nb as additional elements.
