Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of adjustment with a precision device main body side and to facilitate the exchange of a precision unit when the precision unit used in an optical device and an image formation apparatus, etc., are exchanged.
SOLUTION: A precision unit 2 is assembled and fixed to a device body 1 by adjusting an assembly state, is exchangeable to the device body 1 and is constituted of a body unit 2A and an assembly tool 2B for holding it. In shipping the device body 1B, the precision unit 2 is assembled and fixed to the device body 1B as a unit by adjusting an assembly form and the holding form of the body unit 2A is adjustable to the assembly tool 2B. In the state of arranging the assembly tool 2B in a prescribed form to a reference device 1A, the holding form of the body unit 2A to the assembly tool 2B is adjusted, and the body unit 2A is fixed to the assembly tool 2B in the state of adjusting the positional relation of the body unit 2A to the reference device 1A.
