Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of an exciter.
SOLUTION: The exciter 10 is provided with an exciting means 20 which has a plane portion 21 divided with a cross-shaped groove portion 26 into four partitioned parts 22, 23, 24, 25 set into different polarities interposing the groove portion 26 between, a first coil member 30 and a second coil member 40 and a third coil member 50 each of which is inserted into the groove portion 26 and vibrates along a specified direction, a vibrating table 11 which is vibrated in three directions by individual coil members 30, 40, 50, and a transmitting means 60 which transmits vibration to the vibrating table 11 from each coil member 30, 40, 50.
