An exciting coil 2 is composed of a printed board 24 on which power lines 25A-25c and signal distributing wires 26A, 26B for commutating sensors have been printed, and a coil body composed of a multilayer substance. The first layer is composed of the printed board 24. The second layer is composed of an insulating film 27, and is provided with distributing wires 29A, 30A which connect a coil plate 28A and the printed board 24 to each other, and are connected to power supplying lines 25A, 25B. The third layer is composed of a coil plate 28A whose part has been cut into a specified shape. The coil plate 28A and the distributing wire 29B have been printed on an insulating film 31. The fourth layer is composed of an insulating film 35, and is provided with distributing wires 38A and 29C which connect coil plates 28A and 28B to each other. By this arrangement, lamination up to the N-th layer is performed.
