To provide a structure of facilitating installation work when setting an arrester besides a waterproof receptacle without need of a new installation area.
A waterproof arrester case 13 with an arrester housing part 14 packed inside is fitted to a wall face, on which, the waterproof receptacle 1 is overlapped and fitted. A waterproof packing 11 at the bottom face of the waterproof receptacle is put into a protruding wall 18 formed at an outer periphery of the front opening of the waterproof arrester case 13 to give it a waterproof function. Connection wires 28 to 30 pulled out from the arrester housing part 14 are made twisted wires, and a pin-type terminal 31 fitted at the tip of each wire is put into a screw-less insertion terminal 9 at the bottom face of the waterproof receptacle to facilitate a wiring work.
