PURPOSE: To permit a processor requesting the security of a common device to immediately detect that the common device is previously secured by means of the other operating system(OS) in such a case.
CONSTITUTION: Inter-processor communication means 21 and 31 control information between processors. A device security/release execution means 23 refers to a common device control table 41 and executes a common device security/ release request which is generated in the processors 3 and 2. A device security/ release request reception processing means 22 receives the common device security/release request transmitted from the processor 3 and secures/releases the device by using a device security/release execution means 23. A device security/release request processing means 24 executes the common device security/release request which is generated in a self processor by using the device security/release execution means 23. The inter-processor communication means 31 controls information with the processor 2. A device security/release request processing means 32 gives the common device security/release request to the processor 2.
