CONSTITUTION: A diaper cup body 101 has a front cover 103 constituted freely bendably by adopting bellows joints 102. These bellows joints 102 are connected to each other with waterproof cloth 112. A washing water feed hose 105, a filth suction hose 104 and a sensor coupler 107 are connected to the diaper cup body 101. A hose unit integrally supporting the washing water feed hose 105, filth suction hose 104 and sensor coupler 107 is freely attachable and detachable to and from the diaper cup body 101. The diaper cup body 101 has plural nozzles 108a, 108b for ejecting the washing water to the respective local points of the waist and hip parts.
