The diaper 12 is constituted so that a tray part 40 for which a surface 40a facing the hip part 3a of a user is formed into a flat surface and a moisture detection sensor 217 is arranged on the flat surface, and an excreta disposer for sucking the excreta excreted to the tray part 40 is freely connected in the case that moisture is detected by the moisture detection sensor 217, wherein a dirty water accumulation part 50 where a prescribed amount of the moisture is to be accumulated is provided near the moisture detection sensor 217 in the tray part 40, and the moisture detection sensor 217 detects the moisture in the case that the moisture overflowing from the dirty water accumulation part 50 is present.
