This excreta processing attending device is provided with a receiver 1 to be mounted on the human body so as to surround the excretion port, a driving device 12 for sucking the excreta through an opening part 2 provided at the receiver 1, moving the excreta through a sucking means 18 and storing it into a storage 19, tube 10 for linking the receiver 1 and the driving device 12, washing means 13 for washing the excretion port by supplying water from a water supply means separately provided at the driving device 12 through the opening part 2 provided at the receiver 1 to the receiver 1, drying means 14 for drying the excretion port by supplying warm air from a warm air supply means separately provided at the driving device 12 through the opening part 2 provided at the receiver 1 to the receiver 1, negative pressure stop valve provided at the receiver 1, detecting means 17 provided at the receiver 1, and a control means provided at the driving device 12, as basic components.
