PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excretion assistance device capable of separately disposing urine and stool and dispensing with effluent treatment.SOLUTION: An excretion assistance device A for assisting excretion of a person lying on a bed, with a paper diaper 1 put thereon, includes: a pneumatic pressure cushion 5 for lifting the buttocks at the stool; and a compressor 6 for supplying compressed air to the pneumatic pressure cushion 5.
