PURPOSE: To form a desired pattern by plaster work assuming the shape of the pattern along an execution surface on the basis of the original picture by forming a form by assuming the shape of the pattern of the original picture by the combination use of a transparent film and a spacer to transfer the form to the execution surface.

CONSTITUTION: A pacer 5 is a double-coated self-adhesive tape having self-adhesive surfaces relatively different in bonding strength provided to both surfaces thereof and, in a form producing process, the self-adhesive surface low in self-adhesive force of the spacer 5 is superposed on the film 4 and the spacer is bonded to the film 4 so as to assume the shape of a figure or pattern to be executed. In a transfer process, the spacer 5 bonded to the film 4 is brought into contact with an execution surface 6 under pressure and left on the execution surface by utilizing the difference in strength between the self-adhesive surfaces of the spacer 5 to peel the film 4 and, in a coating process, a coating material 7 is applied to the section contoured by the spacer 4 to form the figure or pattern on the execution surface 6. In a form removing process, the spacer 5 is peeled off from the execution surface 6 after the coating material 7 is solidified to form a desired figure or pattern.
