Title:
EXECUTION METHOD FOR BUILDING SHED
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2818729
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To dispense with the shortening of the term of work and an elevated spot work, and to sharply decrease the necessity of a large type heavy machine by bearing an upper support on a bedrock support, completing a shed body on the upper part of the upper support, lifting the shed body through a jack, inserting and fixing a middle support and lifting them through a hydraulic jack, and insertedly attaching necessary pieces of middle supports.
CONSTITUTION: A bedrock support 10 is attached to a concrete foundation 8. Next an upper support 20 is borne on the upper face of the bedrock support 10. In this state, a canopy body 34 is unitedly constructed on the upper part of the upper support 20. Next, this unitedly constructed body is lifted up by the first and second jacks 36a, 36b. The first middle support 40a is inserted between the bedrock support 10 and the upper support 20 and fixed, and then they are lifted up by a hydraulic jack 36, and the second middle support 40b is inserted between them and fixed. Fixed pieces of middle supports are inserted and attached in a similar process. Thus, the shortening of the term of work is given large contribution, and the aspect of safety is improved on account of no elevated spot work, and cost reduction can also be realized.
