Abstract:

To obtain the execution method of a corrosionproof concrete tank, in which the execution of works and construction management are simplified, the leakage of a content liquid can be sensed surely and tank structure itself has heat-insulating properties, and the corrosionproof concrete tank.

A corrosion-resistant corrosionproof resin layer is laminated on the internal surface of a concrete building frame 1 in the corrosionproof concrete tank. The execution method of the crossionproof concrete tank has a process in which the internal surface of the concrete building frame 1 is coated with a corrosion-resistant primer liquid having thickness, a process in which a hollow glass fabric 2, in which a section between two sheet-shaped glass fiber fabrics (2a, 2b) is connected by a large number of glass fiber bundles (2c), is laminated on the surface of the primer liquid and sections among the fibers of the hollow glass fabric 2 are impregnated with a part of the primer liquid, a process in which the surface of the hollow glass fabric 2 is coated with a corrosionproof liquid having the same components as the primer liquid before the complete solidification of the primer liquid, the fibers of the hollow glass fabric 2 are impregnated sufficiently with the corrosionproof liquid and the glass fiber bundles (2c) are erected, and a process in which the solidification of the primer liquid and the corrosionproof liquid is waited by the lapse of the time after the process.
