To conduct the inserting and fixing works of a lock bolt easily to a bedrock not solidified particularly.
The front end of an excavated pit 13 is supplied with a liquefied polymer 18 from the hollow section of a drill rod 11 at the time of the drilling of the excavated pit 13, and drilling works are conducted while excavation materials are discharged together with the supplied liquefied polymer 18 and the liquefied polymer 18 is attached onto a pit wall and a membrane 16 is formed. A jellied polymer 19 is discharged from the front end of the drill rod 11 and the drill rod 11 is extracted while filling the excavated pit 13 with the polymer 19 after the completion of drilling works. The jellied polymer 19 filled into the excavated pit 13 is extruded by injecting a fixing material 14 through an infection pipe inserted into the excavated pit 13, the excavated pit 13 is filled gradually with the fixing material 14 while replacing the polymer 19 with the fixing material 14, and the lock bolt 17 is put into the excavated pit 13 and the lock bolt 17 is fixed.
