Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out an underground piping at a long distance with high efficiency at a low cost by applying a method of propulsive construction.
CONSTITUTION: An induction pipe 52 exclusive for propulsion having a diameter larger than an underground piping 70 is propelled in the ground from a starting shaft to a reaching shaft, cylindrical forms 22 for forming a lining are mounted at the tail end of the induction pipe 52, and the lining 40 having an inside diameter larger than the outside diameter of the piping 70 by 6-20mm is formed of high-early-strength mortar 24. The piping 70 is floated in a lubricant while a section between the lining 40 and the piping 70 is impregnated with the lubricant from an impregnating pipe 80 after curing, and the induction pipe 52 and the piping 70 are advanced simultaneously.
