Or when the original position soil existing in a place providing the wall body for shield boring 5 and a neighboring place in succession thereto and the cement-based suspension liquid are mixed and stirred by an excavation kneading machine to form the wall body of soil mortar 8, a larger diameter excavation kneading machine than the neighboring place in succession thereto is used in the place providing the wall body for the shield boring 5, and synthetic core material 4 is inserted in the wall body of the soil mortar formed by the large diameter excavation kneading machine.
