PURPOSE: To provide a method of executing welding to prevent the buckling and deformation of a face plate by stopping the welding in the middle of the weld seam, cooling the face plate close to the room temperature, and welding the rest of the weld seam in executing the welding when a structure using the laminated panel is manufactured.
CONSTITUTION: The welding is achieved from one end of the weld seam 3 in the direction of the arrow 7. Welding is stopped before the compressive stress on a face plate of a corner part on the other end side exceeds the allowable stress. After the face plate is cooled close to the room temperature, the rest part is welded in the direction of the arrow 8. The welded part is naturally cooled. The compressive stress on the face plate of the corner part 4 can be suppressed below the allowable stress of the face plate by this execution to prevent the buckling and deformation of the face plate. Since the welding is achieved in the direction away from a panel corner part or a T-type joint part, the condition of restriction of the face plate at the corner part is further mitigated, and the compressive stress is reduced to suppress the buckling and deformation of the face plate.
