Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise assisting device which has a simple structure, can increase an effect of an exercise of a lumbar part, and is easily used in water.SOLUTION: An exercise assisting device 1 has a body part 10 including a seat surface where a user is seated and a spherical bottom surface 3. The body part 10 has a hollow space in the inside and a plurality of communicating holes 16 that make the hollow space communicate with the outside. Bulged parts 20, 21 bulged to follow at least a part of shapes of hips and a crotch part of the user are formed on the seat surface or the periphery. An anti-slip part 4 for suppressing a slip on a floor surface that is brought into contact with the exercise assisting device in water is provided on the bottom surface 3. The body part 10 is configured to be able to tilt in all directions while the anti-slip part 4 is brought into contact with the floor surface.
