Abstract:

To solve the problem that, while people irrespective of age and sex do exercises such as walking, running, swimming and riding a bicycle for improving lifestyle and promoting health, most people do not notice unreasonable exercises and bad physical conditions, etc., by self judgement, injure their health on the contrary and die depending on cases, since whether or not the exercise is suited to the individual or whether or not the exercise is optimum has to be evaluated by scientifically verifying the amplitude, contraction and expansion, etc., of the heart individually by an expert sports manager originally but measurement can not be performed unless visiting special facilities in order to have the sports manager and scientifically verify the exercise.

A cardiac sound sensor, an AD conversion unit and a user terminal are connected to each other, and are connected to a management server through the Internet, measured data are analyzed by the database of the management server, and scientific data are transmitted from a mail transmission means to the cellular phone or PC of the user terminal.
