Abstract:
To provide an exercise machine permitting an exercise under an optimal load to an individual.
An electric signal is detected by the start of measurement (ST1), the control of an exercise load is started (ST4), the power value of a fluctuation in a heart rate and a heartbeat interval are computed (ST5, ST6), and when two minutes have elapsed after the start of a warm-up (ST7), a Ramp load is controlled automatically (ST9). As the processing of ST9, a fluctuation rate of a prescribed Ramp load is set after an elapse of three minutes, four minutes, five minutes, and six minutes of the initiation of a warm-up.
