To provide a method for evaluating a subject's exercise performance by using an index about body temperature adjustment function of the subject.SOLUTION: An evaluation method of exercise performance includes: an acquisition step acquiring the level of fatigue of a body temperature adjustment function of a subject; and an evaluation step evaluating exercise performance of the subject by using the level of fatigue of the body temperature adjustment function of the subject.
