PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise support system, an exercise support method, and an exercise support device that allow a user to check a degree of tiredness and a recovery state while a user is training, can prevent overtraining, injury, etc., and can support the training effectively.SOLUTION: An exercise support system 100 includes a degree-of-tiredness information acquisition unit 313 for acquiring degree-of-tiredness information on a present state of tiredness of a user, a recovery period calculation unit 314 for calculating a recovery period required for improving the present state of tiredness, a load information calculation unit 312 for calculating load information indicating a load of exercise based on pulse information on the user when the user is performing exercise, and a notification unit 320 for notifying the user based on the load information, the degree-of- tiredness information, and the recovery period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
