To provide an exercise therapy device in which the feet do not separate from pedals and a user can tread the pedals by the heels.
The exercise therapy device is equipped with a body 1, a link 2 of which one end is provided in this body 1 and which can rotate a prescribed angle with centering the one end, a pedal 3 which is provided on the other end of the link 2, can rotate a prescribed angle, and rotates the link 2 by the treading of the user's foot 4, and a foot restraint body 5 which is provided on the pedal 3 and constrains the foot 4. The foot restraint body 5 has a base part 5c provided with a heel support part 6a for supporting the heel 4b of the foot 4. The heel support part 6a is arranged on the pedal 3 so that the direction of the treading force of the foot 4 passes a rotation shaft 3a.
