Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable children to raise the sensation of wrist rotation in skipping of themselves while holding the grips of this plaything with both hands and enjoying rotating as whether the children at the infant time are able to do skipping or not heretofore depends often on whether they can rotate their wrists or not.
CONSTITUTION: A strut 2 is mounted at a base 1 and is bolted through a shaft 3. Further, an arm 4 is mounted at its front end and a grip 5 is mounted at its end. Another one set of the same one is formed and one pair constitutes one unit of the plaything.
