Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely exfoliate a large quantity of cover films by the adhesive force of an adhesive layer by winding an adhesive tape onto a pressing roller which can be attached and separated for the top edge cart in the plate member feeding direction of a cover film so that the adhesive layer forms the outside, and by revolving the cover film in the taking-up direction.
CONSTITUTION: A pressing roller 22 on which an adhesive tape 24 is wound is pressed onto the plate member 18 of a feeding roller 12, and the top edge part of a cover film 18A is taken up in a certain angle onto the pressing roller 22. Then, the top edge part is exfoliated from the plate member 18, and the whole film is exfoliated from the plate member 18. Accordingly, the cover film 18A which is applied in a thin film form onto a printed wiring substrate and a glass substrate for a liquid crystal panel is, etc., exfoliated by the adhesive force of the adhesive tape 24. Accordingly, the consumption quantity of the adhesive tape 24 can be reduced, and the processing of the cover film 18A and the adhesive tape after exfoliation is facilitated.
