Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of exhalation component detecting accuracy caused by the change in an exhalation reaching distance.
CONSTITUTION: In a gas passage M1, an upstream opening part M2 is arranged within an exhalation reaching range of a test subject. An exhalation component sensor M3 is arranged in the gas passage M1 so as to detect an exhalation component. A pump M4 flows air to the exhalation component sensor side from the upstream opening part M2 of the gas passage M1. A seat detecting means M5 outputs a value based on the separate distance between a seat position in which the test subject is seated and the upstream opening part M2. A pump control means M6 varies an air flow quantity of the pump M4 to the increase side according to an increase side change in the separate distance based on the output value of the seat detecting means M5.
