Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device which can improve a NOx purification rate at a cold start of an engine.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device 30 comprises: a selective reduction catalyst 31 for reducing NOx contained in an exhaust gas with ammonia as a reductant; a temperature sensor 45 for acquiring a catalyst temperature Tc, a temperature of the selective reduction catalyst 31; a reductant supply part 32 for supplying ammonia to the selective reduction catalyst 31; and an ECU 50 for controlling the reductant supply part 32. The selective reduction catalyst 31 has a characteristic in which a saturation adsorption amount of ammonia becomes large as the catalyst temperature is low, and the temperature sensor 45 can acquire a standby temperature, the catalyst temperature Tc in a stop of an engine. The ECU 50 supplies ammonia during the stop of the engine so that an adsorption amount of ammonia of the selective reduction catalyst 31 reaches the saturation adsorption amount at the standby temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
