To provide an exhaust device of a motorcycle capable of preventing the heat of an exhaust pipe from being transmitted to fixtures while maintaining the compactness of a vehicle and the exhaust apparatus and enabling the easy installation of the exhaust pipe.

In this motorcycle, an exhaust muffler 25 is disposed above the upper portion or on the upperside portion of a rear wheel 11, and the exhaust pipe 20 connected to an engine 18 is extended to the lower side of the engine, raised near a swing arm 10, and connected to the exhaust muffler 25. The exhaust pipe 20 connects an engine side exhaust pipe portion 21 extending from the engine 18 to the neiborhood of an swing arm 10 to a muffler side exhaust pipe portion 22 raised near the swing arm 10 and connected to the exhaust muffler 25. The exhaust muffler 25 and a part or all of the exhaust muffler side exhaust pipe portion 21 are formed in a double wall structure having a vacuum layer.
