To provide an exhaust emission control device 1 having such a structure that exhaust gas is allowed to uniformly flow in without depending on the shape of an exhaust gas inlet pipe 16.
This exhaust emission control device includes: two gas cleaning bodies 2, 3 cleaning exhaust gas; inner cases 4, 20 respectively incorporating the gas cleaning bodies 2, 3; outer cases 5, 21 respectively incorporating the inner cases 4, 20; the exhaust gas inlet pipe 16 allowing the inflow of the exhaust gas from an engine 70; and an exhaust gas outlet pipe 34 allowing the outflow of the exhaust gas passed through both the gas cleaning bodies 2, 3. The outer cases 5, 21 are connected to each other side by side in an exhaust gas moving direction. The exhaust gas inlet pipe 16 is attached to the outer case 5 on an exhaust gas upstream-side in order to configure an exhaust gas introduction passage 200 by the outer surface of the outer case 5 on the exhaust gas upstream-side and the inner surface of the exhaust gas inlet pipe 16. Straightening bodies 201a, 201b for straightening an exhaust gas flow are provided to at least one of the outer surface of the outer case 5 on the exhaust gas upstream-side and the inner surface of the exhaust gas inlet pipe 16.
