To provide an exhaust gas analyzer capable of improving measurement accuracy of analysis object gas, and shortening an analysis time.
In the exhaust gas analyzer, laser light is irradiated toward exhaust gas exhausted from an internal combustion engine, and the laser light transmitted through the exhaust gas is received, and the concentration or the temperature of a component included in the exhaust gas is measured and analyzed based on the received laser light. The device includes a sensor base 20 mounted on a route for circulating the exhaust gas, and having an exhaust gas passing hole through which the exhaust gas passes. The sensor base includes an optical fiber 25 for irradiating the laser light and a detector 27 for receiving the laser light, a sensor hole 23 for guiding the laser light irradiated from an irradiation part into the exhaust gas passing hole, and a sensor hole 24 for guiding the laser light transmitted through the exhaust gas to the detector 27. At least part of the sensor holes 23, 24 is filled with a glass body 40 which is a translucent member.
