Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase the control accuracy of exhaust gas circulating amount by improving the dispersion of detected values of a lift sensor.
CONSTITUTION: In an exhaust gas circulating control device which controls the amount of exhaust gas circulating to an engine by a pressure difference applied to a diaphragm 10 and is provided with a lift sensor 23 for detecting the amount of lift of the diaphragm 10, a member to be contacted 21 provided with a smooth surface 21a which is made in surface-contact with the top of the detecting rod 24 of the lift sensor 23 is installed on the diaphragm side.
