Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate liquid discharge from a housing inside and further suppress entry from the outside, for a liquid discharge hole penetrating through the housing of an EGR valve.SOLUTION: For a liquid discharge hole 30, the hole diameter of a large-diameter part 32 on a housing outer wall side is made larger than a small-diameter part 31 on a housing inner wall side, and liquid having entered from the outside is accumulated in the large-diameter part 32 to prevent the liquid from flowing into a housing inside with a stepped part 33. Also, a notched part 34 is provided at the lower part of the large-diameter part 32 to accelerate liquid discharge. Further, the opening of the liquid discharge hole 30 is covered with a cover 40 to prevent entry of liquid.
