To suppress progress of corrosion of a second press-in part of a valve housing of an EGR control valve at a low cost without deteriorating mounting performance of the whole of a system.

The EGR control valve is constituted by the valve housing 7 which is an aluminum die-cast product, a second valve seat 5 comprising stainless steel pressed-in and fixed in the second press-in part 42, and a double poppet valve seated on the second valve seat 5. An annular end surface of the second valve seat 5 is partially covered by a second block 62 protruded on the annular end surface of the second valve seat 5, and thereby, an area of a second step surface 92 formed between an exhaust gas flow passage 54 and a second flow passage hole 12 is reduced. Thus, condensate generated in the exhaust gas is prevented from being retained on the second step surface of the second valve seat 5, retention and intrusion into the second press-in part 42 is also suppressed, and progress of corrosion of the second press-in part 42 can be restrained.
